I had an amazing stay! The buffet breakfast was a highlight, especially the unlimited salmon roe. The onsen was wonderful, and it was fun dressing up in cute pajamas. Only downside was the shoe policy and a bit of a wait at check-out. I highly recommend this hotel!

Do recommend this place and would consider staying here again. We had a twin room with a private safe, central heating, and a work desk.

The luxurious ambiance and amenities, including the sauna and onsen, provided a serene escape after a long journey. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering both Japanese and Western options, which catered perfectly to my diverse tastes.
I found the requirement to place shoes in lockers before entering the main areas somewhat inconvenient, as it complicated the flow while transitioning in and out of the hotel, especially when in transit. Despite this minor hiccup, my overall experience was quite enjoyable.

Wow, what an very nice experience! We spent New Year's here, and the location is amazing-just a quick walk from the train station and surrounded by beautiful parks and museums. The hot spring bath was a total highlight; it was so relaxing after our long days of exploring! The breakfast spread was also to die for, with so many delicious options to start the day.
On the flip side, finding restaurants in the area was a bit of a challenge, especially with kids in tow. returning our room keys after handing in our shoes felt a bit inconvenient—there was a bit of a queue. though, it was a nice stay!

It was just an optimal selection for a brief stop-in in Kyoto at a reasonable price. I enjoyed the private hot bath facilities despite some noisy kids around. Make sure to reserve your onsen time in advance to avoid disappointment.

I was really disappointed with the mattress and pillows; they were rock hard and uncomfortable all night. Plus, the room safe needed a key, and when I lost mine, I got charged a hefty fee just to open it. So frustrating!

During my recent trip, I stayed for three nights at this beautiful hotel, aiming to immerse myself in traditional Japanese culture. The experience was amazing! I loved the private onsen, which offered a cozy alternative to public baths. The complimentary breakfast was a good mix of flavors, and I appreciated the various pillow options available. The staff, dressed in kimono, were friendly.
I can recommend this hotel.

What a lovely place! The staff made us feel right at home with their warm welcome. I enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, free snacks, and relaxing onsens. Just a heads up: weekends can get a bit noisy with families, but it adds to the lively vibe. A good stay overall!

I had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful onsen and the cozy pool areas, just perfect. The full-body massage and hot spring bath. The only thing was it took a bit longer to find the hotel since it's tucked behind the JR station, but it's totally worth it 😊

Location couldn't have been better, just a minute from the train station. The onsen experience was good, and the complimentary noodles each evening were a pleasant surprise. The room felt a bit small for our group.
